AT THE BEGINNING OF THE CONTRACT

After signing the leasing contract, following expenses, afferent to yout leasing contract, will be billed:

Prefinancing interest: represents the interest rate for the period between the full payment by IMPULS-Leasing Romania IFN SA to the dealer of the purchased leasing object and the date of issuing the first leasing instalment for your leasing contract.

Logistic expenses: represents the fee for registration plates+ certificate of registration+ registration services.

REGISTRATION

From the dealer you chose you will take over the vehicle – object of the leasing contract with temporary registration plates valid for 30 days.

After taking-over the leasing object you will receive from the Logistics Department of IMPULS-Leasing Romania IFN SA the registration certificate, which you will have to endorse at the Directia Impozite si Taxe Locale from your hometown.

We ask you to return the endorsed certificate as soon as possible in order to continue the final registration formalities for your vehicle.

INSTALLMENTS

The installments will be billed on the 10th, respectively 25th of each month, having due date 14 working days since the invoice writing.

The first installment shall be issued on the first billing date, after the taking-over of the object from the dealer and receving by IMPULS-Leasing Romania of all documents for the vehicle from the dealer.
