Submitting a Complaint

The Impuls-Leasing team appreciates your feedback, as it gives us the opportunity to remedy any issue and improve the services offered.
What constitutes a complaint?
A complaint represents the expression of dissatisfaction, in writing or by phone, addressed by an individual or a legal entity regarding the activity of Impuls-Leasing.
Registration of complaints
1. Customer complaints can be submitted through the following communication channels:
* verbal
- at the Impuls-Leasing headquarters located at Str. Luigi Galvani, nr. 61-63, Sector 2, 020361 Bucharest, or at any IMPULS-Leasing branch
- by phone at the number: 0212007100
* in writing
- by mail, at the Impuls-Leasing address: Str. Luigi Galvani, nr. 61-63, Sector 2, 020361 Bucharest
- by e-mail at the address: reclamatii@impuls-leasing.ro;
2. After submitting a complaint, you can track the status of its resolution by sending a request to the e-mail address: reclamatii@impuls-leasing.ro or by calling the phone number 0212007100.
3. Received complaints will be recorded in the Impuls-Leasing Complaint Register. The date of the complaint shall be considered the date of its registration at Impuls-Leasing.
4. The complaint must contain a minimum of information:
a) Minimal identification and contact details of the petitioner;
b) The subject of the complaint (in summary), including the minimal information required to identify the situation reported and the reasons for the complaint;
Complaint Resolution
1. After analyzing all information, in case the request cannot be clarified immediately, the Impuls-Leasing representative will register the complaint in the complaint workflow.
2. The response will be sent within a maximum of 30 days from the date of registration of the complaint, regardless of whether the solution is favorable or unfavorable, unless there is a special request from a State Authority or specific justified situations that require a faster resolution of the complaint to avoid subsequent damages.
3. In order to resolve registered complaints amicably, alternative dispute resolution methods provided by the legal provisions in force may be used.
